Please bring: 2011 Federal tax return, W-2's, driver's license, social security number, records of untaxed income, recent bank statements & investment information and Department of Education PIN number.* If you have not filed your 2011 taxes, bring your 2010 Federal Tax return and 2011 W-2's. For those individuals who are dependent, you will need all the above information for your parents also. Typically you are a dependent if you are under 24 years of age, are single and do not have dependents who receive half of their support from you.
