NOTICE ABOUT RELEASE OF CERTAIN STUDENT INFORMATION TO MILITARY RECRUITERS

Two federal laws and one Michigan law requires the Hillsdale Community Schools District to provide military recruiters, upon request, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of high school students.

A parent/guardian or 18-year-old student may exercise the option to withhold consent for the release of this information to military recruiters by signing and returning the attached form to the Dean of Students office. If you do not return this form, the District must release the requested information.
